2nd HIV Cure and Reservoir Symposium and Workshop

11-12 September 2017 / 13-15 September 2017

The HIV Cure and Reservoir Symposium and the Optional HIV Reservoir Characterisation Workshop, organized by the HIV Cure Research Center, are scheduled in September 2017 in Ghent, Belgium. The symposium will comprehensively summarize the state of the art in HIV cure strategies and diagnostic tools to monitor therapeutic interventions. The workshop will provide a thorough understanding of HIV quantification tools including PCR-based and cell-based functional assays.

European High Resolution Anoscopy (HRA) course 2017

16-18 November 2017

 

The course will take place in Amsterdam and consists of a basic and advanced part, which makes it both interesting for those starting HRA and experienced HR-anoscopists.
The course involves all aspects of anal neoplasia with a focus on the principles of HRA, including live streaming demonstrations, hands-on sessions and case-based discussions.

The faculty comprises leading figures in the field of HPV-disease and anoscopy from different disciplines, including infectious diseases, dermatology, gastroenterology, surgery, epidemiology and molecular biology.
