Examples of successful 90-90-90
This workshop will discuss the progress made in reaching the 90-90-90 targets in European countries and beyond. Through short presentations and interactive discussions with the workshop participants, successful examples of best practices will be shared and country-specific or region-specific obstacles and potential solutions to them will be discussed.

Translation of research into clinical practice
Imagine waking up in the morning, getting your breakfast and going through your morning mails where you (of course) will read the latest editions of the NEJM, JAMA and Lancet with new HIV studies. You probably thought more than once ‘could these study outcomes benefit my patient’. Chances are that in your afternoon clinic, those latest insights from the Journals have not yet been put into practice. The question we try to shed light on in this workshop is: why is that? By discussing 3 topics that are both timely and probably highly recognizable, we will provide insights on what facilitates (and hinders) the translation of research into practice?
Moderators: Christine Gilles, Belgium & Casper Rokx, Netherlands & Agata Skrzat-Klapaczyńska, Poland

Public and patient involvement
The importance of PPI at all stages of research, and the beneficial impact it can have, is briefly reviewed. But some may struggle to implement PPI, due to real or perceived barriers. This interactive workshop will address determining what the major barriers to effective PPI might be, and explore ways of overcoming them.
