Extraordinary General Assembly
Dear EACS members,
You are invited to take part in an EACS extraordinary General Assembly on Thursday, 14 May 2020 at 12:00 pm CEST by video conference.
Unfortunately, due to the current global COVID-19 outbreak which is impacting our health care systems and following national governmental measures restricting travel, it is not possible for us to meet in serene conditions. Taking into account these exceptional circumstances, we will meet by video conference as allowed in Article 8 of the Association.
The details of the video conference will be available two weeks before the meeting.
EACS members who are ordinary members are welcome to attend the extraordinary General Assembly but only in a consultative capacity.
Agenda:
-
Welcome, approval agenda;
-
Discussion and approval of amendments to the Articles of association of EACS;
-
Powers to a Belgian notary for the coordination of the Articles of association (French official version) and the publication of the French official version of the Articles of association in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur Belge);
-
Information and discussion about the budget forecast for the financial year 1 July 2020 – 30 June 2021 and the analytical accounts closed on 31 March 2020.
We kindly remind the effective members (permanent and regional) that should you not be available to participate to the Extraordinary General Assembly, you may be represented at the meeting by another effective member bearing a special proxy and vote.
